BrandAcademy is currently available in English, Japanese, and Chinese. We are able to add any language options.
We support anything from images, videos, audios and PDFs. Simply drag-and-drop your file into the content editor to add it to BrandAcademy.
BrandAcademy’s built-in authoring tool is extremely easy to use, so you won’t need any technical expertise or intermediary vendors to upload new content. You will be able to quickly create professional-looking content by simply dragging and dropping files or typing text into the template.

No, we don’t have ready-made training content available. We are specialized in providing a platform that empowers companies with all the means to create a powerful training and engagement program by themselves.
Card refers to the individual slides which houses the content you add on to it. Deck refers to a series of cards compiled together to create a single lesson.
Yes, admins can group users into teams.
Yes, you can select the visibility of specific content by user or by team.
Yes, you can specify decks that can only be accessed sequentially (unlocked by completing certain decks and passing quizzes), or that can be viewed freely regardless of the user’s progress.
You can check all user and team metrics on your dashboard in the admin panel. All metrics are automatically updated in real-time.
Yes, admins can export user data as a CSV file.
Monthly fees are based on a pre-set number of seats* that you’ve purchased. With this, you will get full access to all the features BrandAcademy offers. You can also purchase additional seats later as necessary. We offer a monthly contract or a discounted annual contract. Please get in touch with us for further details on prices.
* Seat refers to the total capacity of registered users you can have at once on BrandAcademy. (e.g. if you have purchased 50 seats, you can register as many users as long as you are within 50 seats. If you would like to have more than 50 registered users at once, you will have to either delete existing users before adding new users, or purchase more seats)
